Our Step-by-Step Wholesale Process
Follow these simple steps to bring your jewelry collection to life.
Step 1: Inquiry & Initial Quote
Contact us with your selected items from our catalog or your custom design ideas. Please specify product references, desired materials, and target quantities for an accurate initial quote. We typically respond within 24 working hours.
Step 2: Sample Confirmation (Optional but Recommended)
Before bulk production, we strongly recommend approving a physical sample. This step ensures the design, materials, and craftsmanship meet your expectations. We offer sample service for both our existing designs and custom projects.
Step 3: Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once the sample is approved (or if you choose to proceed without one), we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). To secure your production slot, a deposit is required. Your order then enters our production schedule.
Step 4: Production & Quality Control
Our skilled team begins manufacturing your order. During this phase, we conduct multiple in-line quality checks. For custom orders, we may provide mid-production updates.
Step 5: Final Inspection, Payment & Shipping
Before shipment, all items undergo a final random inspection against the approved sample. Pre-shipment photos or videos can be provided upon request. After the remaining balance is paid, we arrange professional packaging and shipping, providing you with the tracking details.
Clear & Competitive Terms
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- For Ready-Made Designs: Our standard MOQ is as low as 5-10 pieces per style. This allows you to test the market with minimal risk.
- For Custom OEM/ODM Projects: MOQ is determined based on design complexity. We work with you to find a viable quantity, often starting from 30-50-100-200 pieces for new custom designs.
- Mixed Orders: You are welcome to mix different styles to meet a higher total order value, enjoying the low per-style MOQ benefit.
2. Pricing
- We offer competitive factory-direct pricing.
- Pricing is based on the design, materials (925 sterling silver, brass, stainless steel, etc.), order quantity, and finishing requirements.
- Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Detailed pricing will be provided in your formal quotation.
3. Payment Terms
- We accept secure payments via Bank Transfer (T/T) and PayPal, Credit Card.
- Standard terms are a 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment.
- Alternative terms may be discussed for established, long-term partners.
4. Sample Policy
- Sample Cost: Sample fees are charged but are deductible from your first bulk order.
- Sample Lead Time: Typically 5-7 working days for in-stock items; custom samples may require 15-30 working days.
- Shipping: Sample shipping costs are borne by the client and can be arranged via courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) as preferred.
5. Production Lead Time
- For Ready-Made Items: Approximately 10-15 working days after deposit confirmation, depending on order volume and stock availability.
- For Custom Orders: Typically 20-30 working days after sample approval, depending on complexity.
6. Quality Control & Warranty
- Every piece undergoes a final quality inspection.
- We offer a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., stone falling out due to setting issues, plating peeling under normal use).
- Please inspect goods upon receipt. Any issues must be reported with clear photos/videos within 7 days of delivery for a prompt solution.
7. Shipping & Logistics
- We ship worldwide via reliable couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or by air/sea freight for large volumes.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service speed, and are quoted separately.
- We provide all necessary commercial documents for customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
